I could not find packages that reverse B-D on monodoc-manual, so I don't think this will create FTBFS, at least not with packages currently in Debian. Because of that I'll reduce the severity to normal. Beside that, you're right that the Depends: line of monodoc-manual should be simplified. Cheers, tobi
