Please change the dependencies on Qwt from libqwt5-qt4-dev (Qwt5) to libqwt-dev (Qwt6) According to upstream Qwt6 is supported. I have tested and it does compile and start with Qwt6 but unfortunately I don't know how the program works so I could not do any further tests.
