Right, sorry, I missed that the stretch-backports package is lagging a little. However, running from a current lintian git checkout gives: adam@jacala:~/code/debian/lintian$ ./frontend/lintian -I -E --pedantic --show-overrides ../../josh-meta/target/josh-dev_77_all.deb P: josh-dev: copyright-refers-to-symlink-license usr/share/common-licenses/GPL I: josh-dev: unused-override binary-package-depends-on-toolchain-package which looks like exactly what was expected?
