To clarify, by "these warnings" you mean the one emitted by py{,3}versions and not the Lintian warnings? > Now, why exactly is your autopkgtests failing? This isn't clear at all > in your bug report. Without the "allow-stderr" flag, autopkgtests will fail if they emit anything to standard error. If possible, it is best to leave this at the default as it catches various non-fatal errors that are worth knowing about.
