I've tried your kernel on a R740 with Buster userland (I did not find an easy way to build a new Stretch debian-installer image with the updated kernel) and it works just fine. > Merge request at https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/linux/merge_requests/61 There have been a few style comments by Ben Hutchings.
