I've found that release {date,version} is pulled from debian/changelog and
put
it through Make function but it makes translation difficult since it would
be
hard-coded characters in gettext file as below.
> #: ../../index.rst:10
> msgid "This is Debian Policy version 4.1.6.0, released on 2018-07-11."
> msgstr "これは 2018年07年11日にリリースされた Debian ポリシー バージョン 4.1.6.0 です。"
Of course it should be message independent one, here's a proposal patch.
