Dear Maintainer,
The po4a package seems to be missing the `po4a-build` binary.
While it is listed in
https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/po4a/filelist
it doesn't seem to be part of the binary package in practice.
$ dpkg -L po4a | grep bin

/usr/bin/msguntypot
/usr/bin/po4a
/usr/bin/po4a-gettextize
/usr/bin/po4a-normalize
/usr/bin/po4a-translate
/usr/bin/po4a-updatepo
/usr/bin/po4aman-display-po
/usr/bin/po4apod-display-po
This seems to be the underlying reason for these two bugs:

where in both cases they fail to find `po4a-build` even
though they build-depend on po4a.
