Dear Debian/Cups Team, My cups installation gives the same symptoms (cups-daemon 2.2.8-5, amd64, kernel 4.17.0-3-amd64). Yet, it only does so when two network cards are present. To be precise: I have a wireless card which connects to university network (with plenty of online printers) and a docking station which is equipped with an Ethernet card also connected to the LAN. The 100% CPU usage is only triggered when I put my laptop in the docking station. It does not happen in my home Wifi network.
