Package: sweethome3d Version: 5.7+dfsg-2 Severity: normal Tags: newcomer Dear Maintainer, Same as previous bug reporter I would like to say thank you for maintaining such extraordinary job. Afraid I'm reporting bug 884057 once again but hopefully my machine configuration will help to get the wright approach to the issue.
Application crashes immediately after start. To avoid it I've tried to open file *.sh3d which was created in other OS. That in turn led to unaccessible system and required hard reset. Me myself and the whole bunch of users will be greately appreciated if this problem could be finally solved! -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.17.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages sweethome3d depends on: ii default-jre [java7-runtime] 2:1.10-68 ii icedtea-netx-common 1.6.2-3.1 ii java-wrappers 0.3 ii libbatik-java 1.10-1 ii libfreehep-graphicsio-svg-java 2.1.1-5 ii libitext-java 2.1.7-12 ii libjava3d-java 1.5.2+dfsg-15 ii libsunflow-java 0.07.2.svn396+dfsg-17 ii openjdk-10-jre [java7-runtime] 10.0.2+13-1 Versions of packages sweethome3d recommends: ii sweethome3d-furniture 1.6.3-1 sweethome3d suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
