Package: network-manager-openvpn Version: 1.8.4-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
To duplicate the issue, use Edit Connections function of network-manager. Attempt to edit an imported openvpn configuration. Changes can be made to the user name and password fields, but the Save button on the dialog never becomes active. Functions of openvpn appear normal otherwise. This behavior is weird enough that I'm tempted to suspect apparmor. Apparmor, network-manager, openvpn, etc. have all been updated several times recently. No idea when the problem appeared exactly, but has to have been since end of July. I changed user names and passwords on all openvpn configur- ations at that time with no difficulty. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.17.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages network-manager-openvpn depends on: ii adduser 3.117 ii libc6 2.27-5 ii libglib2.0-0 2.56.1-2 ii libnm0 1.12.2-2 ii network-manager 1.12.2-2 ii openvpn 2.4.6-1 network-manager-openvpn recommends no packages. network-manager-openvpn suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
