I initially didn't want to do this in case ldc starts to build on
ppc64el again soonish (I requested some information from the powerpc
porters on the use of IEEE quad on that architecture on Debian, but
did not receive any reply), but I already removed ppc64el from the
architectures list and there will be an upload of the package today.
It's easy to add back in case we do get ppc64el support back at some point.
Meanwhile, gdc took over as default D compiler for that architecture
(which means no D code actually builds there, even gdc is missing full
support).
