I suspect that this is a repeat of #270211, that is, that when eoc
outputs a lot of stuff (i.e., a copy of all log messages) to stdout, it
fills a buffer and the mail transport agent (or delivery agent or
whatever it is that runs eoc) kills it. Well, some of them might, others
might just discard things.

To test, you could upgrade to the current version, 1.2.1, downloadable
from etch/sid, which should be a safe operation, or you can run eoc so
that its stdout and stderr are redirected to a file, possibly by running
them via a suitable wrapper script.

The log file should be in ~/.enemies-of-carlotta/logfile.txt, however.
