Package: libwine-jack Version: 0.9.9-1 Severity: normal When trying to use the JACK wine driver I only get the following error message:
fixme:jack:JACK_drvLoad error loading the jack library libjack.so, please install this library to use jack As the message indicates, libjack.so is nowhere to be found if you don't have libjack0.100.0-dev installed. AFAIK the wine configure script determines the name of this library and sets defines so the resulting .so-files can resolve this dependency at runtime. This process should probably dereference the symlinks to get the correct name of the library... -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-1-686 Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages libwine-jack depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6-3 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libjack0.100.0-0 0.100.0-5 JACK Audio Connection Kit (librari ii libwine 0.9.9-1 Windows API Implementation (Librar libwine-jack recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
