Dear Maintainer,
Looks like the oz binary package is missing a couple of dependencies.
Attempting to run the binaries result in error messages like this:
$ oz-install

ImportError: No module named requests
sudo apt install python-monotonic python-requests
resolves the issue, so I suppose they should be added as dependencies.
