Hi guys,

For at least the third or fourth time over the course of a year, this
bug has occurred now, without any resolution. As it was clearly
demonstrated that it doesn't work to rebuild eclipse-titan automatically
every time a new gcc version is built, I would *really* appreciate if
you could follow the advice of other Debian developers here and remove
that dependency to match on the specific gcc version, and rather check
only on the major version or completely remove it.

This is from Debian unstable today, rendering me again unable to work:

---
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 eclipse-titan : Depends: gcc (< 4:8.1.0.0) but 4:8.2.0-1 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
---

Thanks for your kind attention. I strongly hope that a related fix will be
merged not only to unstable but also make it in time before the next
stable Debian release. Thanks.
