Hello Wolfgang, that would be up to the package maintainer, I think. Probably the best would be to try to get in contact with him directly. But I am unsure how the chances are because the package is currently removed from testing because of bug [866965]. Probably that needs to be resolved one way or another before a new upload would be done? Kind regards, Bernhard
