Control: tags -1 moreinfo This is related to the upstream code that does in-place binary upgrade or similar. This is nothing we can fix in the packaging I suspect, but should be reported upstream.
Also we more information would be needed on how to reproduce this issue. It cannot be fixed unless somebody can repeat it in a reliable manner for the sake of investigation and confirmation.
