This machine does not have avahi-daemon installed and cups is stopped. ippserver -p 631 -m everywhere test aborts and 'ippfind' gives "unable to use Bonjour: Daemon not running". ipptool -tv ipp://... /usr/share/cups/ipptool/get-printer-attributes.test works. I suppose 1/3 isn't too bad. :) Shouldn't avahi-daemon be a Recommends: at the least for cups-ipp-utils? Regards, Brian.
