Python 3.7 isn't installed by default, so this was not a normal piuparts test.  
Adjusted priority to normal since this is not an RC issue until python3.7 is 
the default python3.

Note that addition of python3.7 to supported versions in Unstable was not 
coordinated, so it's no surprise it breaks things.
