No. This patch does not apply cleanly, and I am no expert in gdbm
internals to refresh it.

As I see, what we can do:

 * do nothing, wait for next gdbm release.
 * package non-release commit of gdbm (I would better not)
 * disable this test for now. As much as I can say, it tests behavior
   in case of improper usage.
