Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation? I installed subversion on Debian 9.3 with
its dependencies and svn is not running at all. When I start it, the following
error message occurs:
        "svn: symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libsvn_subr-1.so.1: undefined symbol:
apr_hash_this_key_len"
The same thing happens on two different computers.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? I did not modify anything.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
