Package: mozilla-firefox Version: 1.0+dfsg.1-2 Followup-For: Bug #288761 Hi again, I think I found a little hint on the cause of this problem: I recently noticed, that my girlfriends firefox had no problems in installing extensions. What might be the problem? The only difference between my and her firefox is, that hers wasn't updated gradually from pre-1.0 versions. When I look at the user agent string of my firefox I still see the extension 'stumbleupon' mentioned, although it has been disabled during upgrade fro 0.8 to 0.9 (if memory serves me). Maybe the upgrade routine has problems with installed extensions and this causes the impossibility of extension installations?
