-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Package: ssh Version: 1:3.8.1p1-8.sarge.4 Severity: minor
When an scp is cancelled using Ctrl-C at the point where it asks for the password, it periodically causes the terminal to stop echoing characters from the keyboard. Typing in reset fixes the problem. When it happens, the first command typed after cancelling the scp is sometimes echoed to the terminal as normal, but subsequent input is not echoed although the results are. The ssh command does not seem to exhibit the same behaviour. - -- Niall Donegan niall\at\moybella\dot\net Public-Key: http://moybella.net/~niall/public.gpg -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFEDWaZtYqd1KeuQA8RAmqOAJ9gYfIniHPVyjcumkk6hI0f5j787QCgpfgT pVU1PthYO0Wk6bHc+0hQ/sU= =C9b0 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
