control: retitle -1 On boot squid.service starts but doesn't work
Here at work I have a similar setup in respect to the opening message:
Debian Sid, NetworkManager, Squid 4.1. But very different Squid
configuration.
While the final effect is the same (squid does not start on boot and I
have to manually restart later), the reason looks different. Analyzing
the logs (attached the last one), here is the recurring message:

Here nss-lookup.target looks active:

Both at work and in the opening message, the surprising thing is that
Squid looks in a "started" status: I cannot see FAIL message on boot. In
other word Squid starts but doesn't report to systemd that something is
failed.
