control: retitle -1 replace tabbar.el with elpa-tabbar control: severity -1 normal control: notforwarded -1
It seems reasonable to preserve tabbar. It's not super-active, but it had commits two years ago, and 25k downloads on melpa. dropping the ten year old forwarded note.
