Hi Lars, I was about to start working on an evince man page, but noticed you already have one. The standard GNOME and GTK options are documented in gnome-options(7) and gtk-options(7). Suggest adding these to SEE ALSO.
It might also be worth noting that evince uses the XPDF backend for PDF and the Ghostscript for Postscript.
