"System hunspell is not supported by Firefox anymore [ ... ] So Firefox has to be recompiled with internal hunspell" I tested the workaround below (also mentionned in the webpage above) and it works for me: cd ~ mkdir -p 'file:/usr/lib/firefox' ln -s /usr/share/hunspell/ 'file:/usr/lib/firefox/dictionaries' firefox
