There are some typos in the doc-base HTML manual. I have made changes
to the XML source file, doc-base-0.10.8/doc/doc-base.xml. A patch
file is attached.

Some notes:

- "ham radio" -- "ham" is not capitalized (I am a radio ham and vouch
for this one).

- "Texinfo" -- GNU documentation capitalizes this when describing the
system, not the program itself or the package name.

- Usually punctuation is set in the same type style as the text it
follows, but I did not change punctuation that immediately followed
"emphasis" tags. If you want to change those instances, I can send a
patch for them also.

- Usually in English when two complete sentences are combined into
one, they are separated by a semicolon, not a comma. See for example
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comma_splice. I use them myself
sometimes, but generally a semicolon is better.

Also, you might or might not want to mention in the introduction for
section 2.3 that control files are ordinarily stored in the debian
directory under package-name.doc-base.

Thanks,

Paul Hardy
