I am writing this on a machine that's been downgraded back to 5.12.5-1, where
kwin works fine.
kwin_x11 doesn't seem to have a verbose output option. I'll try to capture a
useful log,
but in the meantime, this update needs to be blocked from getting into testing
unless
I'm literally the only person that is experiencing this.
