is obsolete and replaced by
https://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/highlight-chars.el
Since there's probably no smooth transition possible, one option is to
just drop show-wspace.el and reassign this bug to wnpp as an RFP. TBH
I'm a bit skeptical of packages primarily hosted in emacswiki, but if
someone (else) wants to take responsibility for it, fine.
