The iptraf-ng package arranges to logrotate in /var/log/iptraf. The
iptraf-ng -L option logs to /var/log/iptraf by default. Since the
packaging doesn't currently create /var/log/iptraf, this means that the
-L option fails by default.

Please either create /var/log/iptraf automatically, or have iptraf-ng -L
log to somewhere else (the current directory?) by default. IMHO, the
latter option is what users would expect as most commands operate in the
current directory by default and this makes sense for interactive
execution. But you may want to convince upstream of that first.
