Control: found -1 1.13.0~pre2-1 and now we have the same problem with libgpr2-dev ... I assume you want to add a conflict against that, too. (Even if a conflict between two unrelated packages is not really the right solution here (one might want to link against both libraries), I don't see a better one here for now).
