We have noted the same bug on our yunohost jessie instance updated for 24h.
The big issue is it breaks dnsmasq, so the dns resolution can't be done so the user can't upgrade again his server to fix the situation. We are marking yunohost package as conflicting with dns-root-data to avoid the installation of dns-root-data until this issue will be fixed. -- ljf
