Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
running /usr/sbin/arc_summary from the command line prints some info
but then encounters an error:

I tested on another stretch installation, but it worked fine there.

it exits with an error
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expect it to exit without an error. It appears this bug has been fixed
