Package: gimp-help-en
Version: 2.8.2-0.1
Severity: important

Hi!
It looks like the package in its present state is either unusable or lacking
some configuration needed to make it work.

I have gimp-help-en installed, yet trying to access help results in:

.----
Could not open 'http://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/gimp-help.xml' for reading:
Operation not supported

Perhaps you are missing GIO backends and need to install GVFS?
`----

It shouldn't ever access the 'Net (also, privacy violation).

The dependency on gimp-helpbrowser is unsatisfiable, making it fall back to
www-browser -- which, as displayed above, doesn't work either.
