Works for me: $ pbuilder --login ... I: File extracted to: /var/cache/pbuilder/build/1208 in other shell: $ /usr/bin/fakechroot chroot /var/cache/pbuilder/build/1208 /bin/true $ echo $? 0 How did you create your chroot on sid? Samuel
