nrg2iso fails to cross build from source, because the upstream Makefile
hard codes the build architecture compiler gcc. Rather than fixing the
Makefile, the attached patch just puts the compilation command in
debian/rules. While at it, I also made it use the CFLAGS that the
upstream Makefile ignored. After doing so, it cross builds successfully
and builds with -O2 by default. Please consider applying it.
