Thanks for your reply. I reported this one on stable I think, not the latest version apparently. Now I have double checked it with https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/wbulgarian/download and only usr/share/doc/wbulgarian/changelog.gz is not yet UTF-8. Most of the character are unreadable at the moment. the rest is already fine.
