I have the same problem with games data files.

/windows/Mes documents/Knoppix.old/knoppix.img: Exploit.IFrame.Gen FOUND
/windows/_restore/archive/BKUPVXDLASTLOG.25: Exploit.IFrame.Gen FOUND
/windows/windows/options/cabs/Bundle/Sound/French/Bun25277/golden~1.zip:

I tested and compared some of these game files with the ones I
installed in my Linux box (Quake 3 and RtCW files) and they do not
differ.
I also doubt that a Knoppix img can be infected.
