Package: autopkgtest
Lots of packages require a working binfmt, which at the very least means installing the "binfmt-support" package. For lots of examples, see packages that depend on "jarwrapper". This needs to be a "Defined restrictions" in autopkgtest so that the system running the tests can be marked properly. I propose calling the Defined Restriction "needs-binfmt" or just "binfmt".
