when trying to modify DPT_PACKAGES for some hacking on our meta.git, it took me a while to figure out I had both ~/.dpt.conf and ~/.config/dpt.conf. It's a trap! The vars in .config/dpt.conf have precedance over the ones in ~/.dpt.conf. It would be nice to have a warning about it when both exists, or at least to mention that in the documentation.
