After consulting on [EMAIL PROTECTED], I am persuaded that messing up
with the conffile system is a bad idea. Although I still think it's a
wrong design for im-switch to put these configuration files in /etc, I
won't fight against it, but just provide these files as conffiles.

So the idea now is providing two conffiles, one for GTK/Qt IM module
from SCIM, one for XIM. I have a written-up patch for scim-hangul due
to my work on Ubuntu, at
    https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/scim-hangul/+bug/33763
And if it turns out to be working well, I plan to implement the same
thing for Debian's packages soon.
