I haven't had time to investigate, but it's quite possibly bugs in two different addons. We're transitioning to unversioned emacs packages, and some elpa-foo packages may need a rebuild with current dh-elpa to handle that. elpa-powerline looks particularly likely to be one of those since there are no uploads since stretch was released. d
