I was using pyhton 2.3.5-3sarge1 and have now upgraded to 2.3-5-5. But I found the problem: feeds.dat had become corrupted somehow. I had a power surge a couple of days ago and had to replace all harddrives. Maybe that's got something to do with it. The backup from four days ago was fine, so I doubt it's got something to do with r2e.
