Hi Andreas, I have just pushed some changes to run-unit-test that are supposed to fix the problem. Please, check my commit <https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/bedtools/commit/75ec9125738229c886da4f93cf90a59fd6daa10d>. It seems that upstream test/test.sh has been updated so that now it returns an appropriate exit code in case of a failure. Therefore, we don't need to check the stdout for "fail" anymore.
