Hi Manolo, E2fsprogs uses the Translation Project to support its translations[1]. As a result, I will send any patches or suggestions for improvement to the relevant translation maintainer for the language. If that person is no longer active, I'll forward it to the Translation Project's Language Team. In past few years he has done a great job getting the Spanish translation for e2fsprogs from about 60% translated to 100% translated.
