Well, if Jeffrey insists on reopening the bug report, we will...and we
will tag it wontfix so that it joins the small lists of issues we
absolutely do no care about but know that someone will complain about if
we close them.

My personal opinion about this is well known: keeping opened bug
reports which we perfectly know that noone will ever care to work on
is a waste of resources: it requires someone new to the package
maintenance to waste time on reading the bug log. We don't have enough
manpower in Debian to afford this.

But I also can't go against bug reporters will if they insist and,
anyway, people may disagree with this quite radical position and I
don't want holy wars to happen.
