I'm uploading right now 94~bpo9+2 to fix this issue in stretch-backports
right away.
python3-distutils won't be present in stretch-backports, but that
dependency is needed in buster, so I'll need to figure out the right
incantation to get a dependency line that works for both (as I don't
really want backports delta).
