I updated the package to the latest upstream version 1.6.5. All of the work related to the package moved from alioth to salsa (https://salsa.debian.org/eugulixes-guest/elixir-lang). I had to temporarily disable the "gets and compiles dependencies for Rebar" test because it caused some problems, but I'll try to find the way how not to do that. The source package and binary package were uploaded to mentors.debian.net.
