Did you wrote it on IRC somewhere where I should have noticed? In that
case I missed it or I didn't notice the connection.

That happened with more Ubuntu delta's. I assume that will be better now
we are *using* autopkgtests in Debian.

That is basically the real bug then. So, glad I filed this bug. If this
isn't obvious to figure out, I suggest to clone this bug and fix the
missing dependency such that this bug can be closed (see below).

Obviously, although typically I wait until the package has migrated to
testing (to avoid the timeouts there). I want test cases that can be
used. Blacklisted tests aren't of any use ;).
